Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellation
Every plan is a one-time prepaid pass. Nothing renews automatically, so there is nothing to cancel. Access simply ends when the period is over.
Refunds
Because access is digital and starts immediately, payments are non-refundable once access has been granted.
We will refund in full if you were charged twice for the same order, or charged but never received access. Email support@updownstock.online with your Razorpay payment ID within 7 days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
